The Guardian welcomes the proposal by the Office for Youth to develop a vulnerable youth framework to help ensure that vulnerable young people receive the support and services they need. In her Response to Office for Youth – SA Vulnerable Youth Framework she comments on issues of definition, proposes the inclusion of non-government and local government and points out the importance of building governance arrangements, funding and service standards into the framework.[spacer height=”15px”]
