In our office, we are strong champions for supporting autistic children and young people to feel proud, included and comfortable to be themselves.

Life Without Barriers has just released a new tool which can help support these important conversations with young people. Out and about with the Guardian this week

The Guardian, Shona Reid, and her team have been very busy over the last week, connecting to community and participating in some big events across the nation and especially here in Adelaide. Our offices participation is really important in ensuring the voices of children and young people we advocate for are front and centre in the wider community.

Regional visits start for 2024

Earlier this month, the Guardian kicked off the first of her regional visits for 2024 with a trip to Port Augusta.
Alongside Senior Advocate, Hamish, Shona went along to children and young people’s DCP Annual Reviews, visited residential care houses and caught up with local NGO workers.
