Available for download is the Guardian’s second submission to the Royal Commission into Child Protection Systems in South Australia, made available with the permission of the Commissioner. This follows an earlier submission which referred solely to recommendations made by the Guardian from 2005. The second submission refers to previous reports without detailing the findings or recommendations.
